TC Consult have been appointed as Project Coordinator, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor to manage a new build 67 bed Premier Inn Hotel in Worcestershire.
The building which is designed to achieve a BREEAM ‘very good’ rating, includes 67 bedrooms, restaurant/buffet area, hard and soft external landscaping with car parking.
The project is due to start on site during the first quarter of 2012.
