TC Consult was appointed as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors, for the refurbishment and conversion of the former Cambrian Hotel into four self contained flats, and at the rear of the site the construction of 9 new build town houses.
This fantastic project overlooks the bay in Saundersfoot. All of the townhouses were sold within 6 months of completion as well as 50% of the apartments.
An all Wales professional team included CW Architects, Shear Design and Jehu Project Services , with commercial funding provided by Principality Commercial.
