TC Consult were appointed as the Project Manager & Quantity Surveyor to deliver this specialist project for SWRFS, which required environmental sensitivity and specialist equipment for a site situated in a residential setting.
The project was just the second of it’s kind in the UK. However with compartment fire training requirements becoming a higher priority for fire services, this project and the associated technology was an example set to prove what can be achieved in terms of both training and negating environmental impact.
For this project we paid particular attention to client stakeholders objectives in developing the brief and producing a clear procurement path, allowing early contractor and specialist engagement to mitigate risk.
