Working with EF International Languages, TC Consult was employed as Cost Consultant on this stunning project to restore a dilapidated Grade II building in the heart of Bristol’s historic Queen Square.
The project created a new international languages school, the first for EF in the South West, combining modern interior architecture with careful restoration and traditional construction methods.
The project completed in March 2010 and is in occupation. TC Consult added value by working in partnership with the Architect, the client’s designer in Zurich, English Heritage, & specialist suppliers, to source best value products, whilst fully meeting the design brief.
