TC Consult were appointed by CADW as Quantity Surveyors and Employer’s Agent for this new build visitor centre at Denbigh Castle, together with specialist works to the castle walls with external works and incoming services.
Team members included Architects Ferguson Mann, Structural Engineers Opus, Contractor Grosvenor Construction with post contract design work from B3 Architects and RVW Engineers.
The form of contract utilised a JCT Design and Build JCT and delivered on time and slightly below budget. TC Consult has a very clear understanding of CADW requirements having worked with CADW on their frameworks & retained for 8 years.
