New build 66 bed Premier Inn, in Malvern, Worcestershire.
Employed as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Project Coordinator, by Henry Boot Developments Ltd.
The building has been designed to achieve a BREEAM ‘very good’ rating and includes restaurant/buffet areas, full bedroom fit-out and externally hard & soft landscaping and associated incoming and drainage services.
Built by Jehu Project Services under a design & build form of contract. The construction included a timber frame structural solution and pre-fabricated bathroom pods.
