TC Consult were appointed by Waterstone Estates (Waunceirch) Ltd to provide Employer’s Agent services to manage the JCT Design and Build of this new retail development.
In addition, TC provided Project and Fund Monitoring services directly to the project fund Handlesbanken.
A tight timeframe
The programme was tight: just five months for Jehu Project Services to construct B3 Architects’ design.
In addition to the ‘shell & core’ level construction, which comprised one unit sub divided into five smaller units, there were associated external works and incoming services to coordinate.
A community hub
Thanks to TC’s expertise and seamless liaison with Tesco, the build was completed successfully, on time and on budget.
Tesco Express took up one unit leaving several others ready to let.
