This mixed use project comprised ground floor retail with hotel and leisure above, in the regeneration area of SA1 waterfront, Swansea.
TC Consult acted as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent & Quantity Surveyor. The new build development comprised 63,000 sqft including a 132 bed hotel and restaurant for Whitbread with views overlooking the Prince of Wales Dock. The ground floor area has a 4,500 sqft unit, which was pre-let to Tesco Stores.
The project construction costs were negotiated with Jehu Project Services. Other team members included CW Architects, Shear Design, Hoare Lea, Berry Smith and HTB Consult.
