Welsh Government developed this site to enable the growth of the manufacturing company Zip Clip who export their wire suspension system around the world.
TC Consult was appointed as Quantity Surveyor and NEC Project Manager by Welsh Government to deliver this manufacturing and office building of circa 1,600m2 with parking and delivery space. The building was completed in 2017 and TC has subsequently managed an extension, which was handed over to Zip Clip in 2018.
