Construction is underway for the new build glove factory for Dents in Warminster. The competitively tendered scheme was awarded to Jehu Project Services who commenced the £2.3m project on site September 2010 and is due to complete early 2011.
TC Consult are delighted to have managed this project as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor, and have again secured a fixed price design and build contract sum in line with our pre tender estimate.
The successful design and delivery team comprises TC Consult, Boyes Rees Architects, Shear Design, RPS, Baker Associates, Butler & Young and Jehu Project Services.
