Monmouthshire Building Society have appointed TC Consult as project fund monitor on a number of schemes across South Wales.
The projects include detached housing schemes, residential apartments and convenience food retail, with a mix of new build and conversion work.
These recent commissions are clear signs of positive activity in the financial and commercial development sectors, which TC Consult are proud to be a part of.
