TC Consult have been appointed by a private individual, as Cost Consultants for a new build dwelling in Lisvane, Cardiff.
The bespoke design provides over 10,000ft2 of floor space within this fantastic detached property which includes a semi basement garage, gymnasium, study, boot room, designer kitchen, dining room, formal dining room, lounge rooms, games rooms and numerous bedrooms and bathrooms.
The project team includes Daryn Parfitt Architecture, Vale Consulting Civil & Structural Engineers and Andrew Wilks Management for building services.
