We’re delighted to welcome Adam James MRICS to the TC team as our new Operations Associate Director. He joins us from international multi-disciplinary consultancy AECOM, where he provided expert cost-management to prestigious clients including UWC Atlantic College, Vale of Glamorgan Council, Pembrokeshire County Council and Tirion Homes.
Adam has considerable experience in managing high-value projects, like the two new secondary schools in Barry (Whitmore High School and Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Morgannwg) and The Mill housing development in Cardiff. As well as providing our clients with expert cost advice and smooth delivery of projects, he’ll also manage our internal operations and team.
“I’m really looking forward to being part of the senior management, helping the professional team and making projects easier for our growing list of clients” says Adam. “Like TC, I already have considerable experience in delivering projects, especially in the education sector, and I can’t wait to add my knowledge and expertise in cost management across our broad range of clients.”
