We’re delighted to welcome Winnie Tang to our team as a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor. Winnie joins us from Hong Kong, where she has firmly established her career both as a top ranking Surveyor and Procurement and Contracts Manager in just nine years after graduating. She took a year-long career break to relocate to Cardiff and look after her two young children – and we’re delighted she’s chosen to continue her career with TC Consult.
Winnie has an outstanding track record in cost control and contract management, and a keen desire to drive success through results. In Hong Kong she was a valued member of the Hong Yip Service Company team, one of the city’s largest and well established developers, where she was rapidly promoted to Assistant Procurement and Contracts Manager, working on Refurbishment of the 53 storey headquarters of Sun Hung Kai Properties (Hong Kong) and renovation of Tsuen Wan Plaza shopping mall. She became a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors in 2016 and a fully chartered MRICS surveyor last year.
